General Information for ALL  2024 - 2025 SESSIONS:

**Hammerhead Winter YOUTH/MIDDLE SCHOOL Session - Folk style - TUESDAYS/THURSDAYs, 5-6pm for grades 1-4, tuesdays/thursdays, 6-7pm, 6-7:30pm wednesdays for grades 5-8 at YHS, nov. 26 - Feb 13. - (no practice Christmas week) - at THE York High School Wrestling Room.

**Hammerhead Spring HIGH SCHOOL /USAW Junior/Senior Level Athletes -Session - OLYMPIC STYLES- Freestyle/Greco Roman Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6-7:30 pm, Grades 3-12/Adult, March -  June  ( depending on training commitment for regional and national USAW schoolboy, cadet, and junior tournaments).- ALL PRACTICES HELD AT THE AT YORK HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING ROOM. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CURRENT USA WRESTLING 2024-2025 MEMBERSHIP CARD BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN PRACTICE OR COMPETITION!


**Spring/Summer Freestyle/Greco-Roman Competition Team TBA: for those training for Maine Freestyle Team Duals, State Freestyle Championships, East Coast Duals, Northeast Regionals, & Cadet/Junior Nationals - Fargo). Must have a USA Wrestling card to participate. Adults (USAW Seniors & Post grads/college athletes are also welcome). Please obtain your 2024-2025  USA Wrestling card via www.themat.com. 

**Note - Insurance requires that ALL athletes be officially registered via York Parks and Rec (see links below) and on the session roster BEFORE attending any practice. You may come and observe a practice for free!

Academic Support Sessions:

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:   Ongoing until one week before program begins. Click on the buttons below to register.   ALL WRESTLERS MUST BE REGISTERED THROUGH YORK PARKS AND REC AND PAID BEFORE ATTENDING PRACTICE.  YOU MUST ALSO DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE TEAM WAIVER AND MEDICAL/BIO INFO SHEET.
