General Information for ALL  2025 - 2026 SESSIONS:

**Hammerhead Winter YOUTH/MIDDLE SCHOOL Session - Folk style - TUESDAYS/THURSDAYs, 6-7 pm for grades 1-4, tuesdays/thursdays, 6-7pm, 6-7:30pm wednesdays for grades 5-8 at YHS, nov. 25 - Feb 13. - (no practice Christmas week) - at THE York High School Wrestling Room.

**Hammerhead Spring HIGH SCHOOL /USAW Junior/Senior Level Athletes -Session - OLYMPIC STYLES- Freestyle/Greco Roman Tuesdays/Thursdays, 5:30-7:30 pm, Grades 5-12/Adult (USA WRESTLING JR/SR/UNIVERSITY), March -  June  ( depending on training commitment for regional and national USAW schoolboy, cadet, and junior tournaments).- ALL PRACTICES HELD AT THE AT YORK HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING ROOM. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CURRENT USA WRESTLING 2025-2026 MEMBERSHIP CARD BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN PRACTICE OR COMPETITION!


**Spring/Summer Freestyle/Greco-Roman Competition Team TBA: for those training for Maine Freestyle Team Duals, State Freestyle Championships, East Coast Duals, Northeast Regionals, & Cadet/Junior Nationals - Fargo). Must have a USA Wrestling card to participate. Adults (USAW Seniors & Post grads/college athletes are also welcome). Please obtain your 2025-2026  USA Wrestling card via www.themat.com. 

**Note - Insurance requires that ALL athletes be officially registered (see links below) and on the session roster BEFORE attending any practice. You may come and observe a practice for free!

Academic Support Sessions:

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:   Ongoing. Click on the buttons below to register.   ALL WRESTLERS MUST BE REGISTERED AND PAID BEFORE ATTENDING PRACTICE.  YOU MUST ALSO DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE TEAM WAIVER AND MEDICAL/BIO INFO SHEET. Please bring this to the first practice!
